Looks like pinto beans that weren't done being mashed. The shell of the beans is visible. I went online to message someone, and they wanted $5.00 to chat with an expert.

Make sure that quality control on quantity is correct. You might want to invest in a checkweigher, or calibrate it regularly.

My husband loves to cook, thought we were gonna have hard shell tacos!!

We can expect a chip or two out of a hard shell, but all she'll were broke!

Packaging needs to be better so the hard tacos dont break!!

When you plan on having a taco night and you can't even make enough tacos for a family, it's a complete joke! Do better, El Paso!!!

The CSR was excellent and very responsive, so I have nothing but excellent things to say! They are mailing a coupon for the amount I paid for my product, and I guarantee I will be buying plenty more of this product. Great customer service experience and a very unusual product issue, in my opinion.

When making tacos for dinner, I expect the shells to be in one piece. My family was disappointed that tacos were not for dinner. I must say, I have bought this product before and maybe one shell was broken, but this was totally unexpected.

Jar was sealed so tight no one could open it.. Dinner was ruined as you can't have tacos an nachos without salsa...

I can not understand why you stopped making spicy refried beans!!! These are my favorite beans and do not like bland beans!

I used these for dips as well as nachos, so good! Every company always stops making my favorite foods and I am tired of this! Why do you not ask the public before you take such drastic measures? Will not use your other products because of this action!!!

I tried the pre-made prepackaged corn tortillas because I am unable to find corn tortillas in the groceries since Perez has folded, Lil Guy has folded, and I can't find Spanish Gardens anywhere any longer. So I tried the Old El Paso.

I found them to be thick and tough and not appealing at all. They need to be thinner and more tender.

I was very disappointed it ruined dinner for my whole family!

I might try them again in 5 or 10 years.

Hopefully they will be improved by then, but for now I'm just going to buy a tortilla press and Masa and make my own.

Today 9/11/24 I bought the old El Paso 10 ct crunchy tacos for a taco dinner. When opening the package every taco shell was broken!

The box was not damaged so its either from factory or delivery. But honestly this is not the first time I have bought your product and most of the shells are broken.

Groceries are not cheap and quality of food is not good anymore. But old el paso has always been a family favorite so please help me to continue buy your products with good quality for my family!

All tacos comes broken , this is pretty frustrating, there is nothing you can do, I will not buy it again. They are making difficult for me even to complain, making write more than 100 symbols.
